QUARRY IN JILIN

As one of the quarries with the largest scale in Jilin Province, it is included in the National Green Mine Enterprise Directory. The rock materials are mainly high-quality Anshan rock and coarse-grained granite. The geological conditions are complicated and the drilling operation conditions are relatively strict. SDC130 is used for drilling operations with a hole diameter of 115mm, and the equipment attendance rate is nearly 100%. Its characteristics of stability and reliability, high drilling efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection have been recognized by customers.

COAL MINE IN QINGHAI

The machine was delivered in Februray 2020, 4000 meters above sea level. Up to now, the engine has accumulated more than 4500 hours of work, with an average drilling speed of 62m/h. The average drilling time is 500 m/8h per shift, and the average fuel consumption is 22L/h.

IRON MINE IN FUJIAN

The iron mine is one of the famous super-huge magnetite deposits in China. The ore output has increased from the previous 5 million tons to 7 million tons, and the UL100H underground loader was delivered in May 2020. It is mainly used for underground -25m stope loading and hauling. Customer feedback that this machine has strong power and flexible operation.

IRON MINE IN LIAONING

The drill rigs feature a Protodyakonov hardness coefficient (f=12 or above) and consist of three SDC170 surface down-the-hole drill rigs. With a main drilling diameter of 195mm, these drill rigs demonstrate low fuel consumption, high operational efficiency, and have received strong customer recognition.
