The Beginning is Decisive - LGMRT Marketing Training

From February 18th to 20th, 2021, with the arrival of the early spring of the Year of the Ox, the Jinan section of Lingong Group organized a three-day special spring marketing training. LGMRT participated in this training as one of the marketing sections.

 


After many discussions and exchanges with training institutions and lecturers in the early stage, through learning from Huawei's iron triangle support model and key account marketing, this training focuses on strengthening the development, maintenance and management of major customers, and building a wolf-like team to enhance the company's marketing business ability. Each marketing team conducts fierce PK and confrontation to improve together, learn from each other, and promote each other.

 


In response to the potential operating risks brought by legal changes to the company's business, especially how to deal with common legal risks such as signing contracts and guarantees in marketing activities, Lingong Group invited cooperative law firms to carry out spring marketing risk control special training.The training lecturers combined the "Civil Code" to carry out targeted and professional explanations on changes in sales, guarantees, financial lease contracts and corporate legal risk prevention under the changes, and provided strong support for the risk control of the company's business departments.



The R&D department of Lingong Mine conducted product knowledge training for sales staff, and systematically explained the marketing team by sorting out product characteristics, key performance indicators and parameters, and comparing the advantages of the same industry. Through this training, the sales manangers will have a deeper understanding of the company's new products and facilitate the smooth development of marketing work.

 


At the beginning of the Year of the Ox, each sales team did a lot of "recharge" and "preparation homework", including marketing key account management training, legal knowledge training, product knowledge training, etc. Everyone also realizes that marketing is not a department's business. Only with the efforts of all staff and the "coordination" of all departments can we ensure the full victory of this war.
