On February 7, 2021, Jinan Lingong Mining & Rock Technology Co., Ltd. held the 2020 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the meeting was held in the form of "on-site meeting + videoconferencing". All employees of the company attended the meeting. The global spread of the COVID-19 in 2020 brought huge challenges to the mining industry. Mr. Shen Tong, Sandvik Global Sales VP, GM of Sandvik Greater China and Chairman of LGMRT , delivered a speech in the form of a video , on behalf of the board of directors and shareholders of both parties, affirmed the LGMRT’s performance in 2020 in terms of product system improvement, marketing and service capabilities, customer satisfaction enhancement, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, etc. Mr. Shen proposed that the shareholders of both parties will further increase the investment in product development, technical support and global sales of LGMRT, and hope that LGMRT will achieve even better results in 2021.

Mr. Liangang Li, the GM of LGMRT, summarized the LGMRT's work in 2020 from marketing, R&D, manufacturing, management and other aspects, and analyzed in detail of the company's current problems, opportunities and challenges. Mr. Li comprehensively interpreted the main points of work from seven aspects, including marketing, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, quality management, financial management, and HR management. All departments are required to do a good job in implementation and support the 2021 business goals.

 

Mr. Renbin Wang, deputy general manager of the LGMRT’s production, made the "2021 Production System Delivery Guarantee Report", analysis of the shortcomings of the production delivery system in 2020 from quality product guarantee, new product production planning, order delivery commitments, and production efficiency, capital occupation control, and basic management improvement.

Ms. Junlan Chen, CFO of LGMRT, announced the "Decision on Recognizing Advanced Groups and Individuals in 2020". During the meeting, individuals, teams and departments who made outstanding contributions and outstanding performance in 2020 were awarded.
